Privacy Policy for Hearts

App: Hearts (package com.classichearts.cardgame) · Developer: Teknical Engineers · Effective date: 14 September 2026

In short: Hearts does not collect, store on any server, or share any personal information. The app has no internet access, no ads, no analytics and no accounts. Everything it keeps stays on your phone.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect any information from you. The app does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, location, photos, device identifiers or any other personal data, and it does not request any Android permissions. It does not include internet access, so it cannot send anything from your phone to us or to anyone else.

2. Information kept on your phone

To let you carry on where you left off, the app saves the following only in its private storage on your phone:

This information never leaves your phone through the app, and we cannot see it.

3. Android backup

If you have turned on backup in your phone's settings, Android may include the app's saved game, settings and record in your device backup, so they return when you reinstall the app or move to a new phone. That backup is made and stored by Google under your Google account and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We have no access to it. You can turn backup off in your phone's settings.

4. Sharing your result

When you finish today's deal, you can tap Share. Only if you do so, the app opens Android's share menu with a short text: the app name, the date, the points you took and, if any, how many days in a row you have played. No cards and no personal information are included. You choose where it goes, and the app you share to handles it under its own privacy policy.

5. Advertising, analytics and third parties

The app contains no advertising, no analytics or tracking tools and no third-party services. We do not sell, rent or share any information, because we do not have any.

6. Google Play

When you download the app from Google Play, Google may collect information such as installs and crash reports as described in Google's Privacy Policy. This is handled by Google, not by the app.

7. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

8. Deleting your data

9. Changes to this policy

If the app changes in a way that affects your privacy, we will update this page and its effective date before that version is released.

10. Contact

If you have any questions about this policy, please contact Teknical Engineers at support@teknicalengineers.com.
